Order Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we don’t accept order cancellation or modification after an order has been placed. But don’t worry, we’re still here to help! You can exchange your item within 14 days of
purchase by reaching out to skylarrayrose@gmail.com

*Customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees*


Returns and Exchanges

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, or if there is a product defect, please don’t
hesitate to reach out to the Skylar Ray Rose team!

RETURNS:

At this time, we do not accept returns.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges for a defected product are only
accepted within 14 days of original purchase date.

Any return shipping rates will be covered by customer.

Product must not have already been worn or washed.

Tracking My Order

You should receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order is
shipped. If you didn’t receive that email, please reach out our team by emailing
skylarrayrose@gmail.com

Where Is My Order?

GENERAL ORDERS:

Pleas allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, plase allow 3-5 business days for Ground Shipping via USPS.

(International shipping times may vary)

PRE-ORDERS:

If you placed a pre-order, please allow 30 days from order date for order to arrive.

(International shipping times may vary)

FAILED DELIVERY ORDERS:

If your order says, "delivered", please check your mailbox and wait 2-3 hours. Sometimes USPS updates their system before your order has actually arrived. If you still cannot find your order, please contact skylarrayrose@gmail.com .

International Shipping

We are so excited to now offer international shipping.

There are a few exclusions that apply:

1. We do not accept any returns, cancellations, modifications, or exchanges for an international order.

2. Shipping fees apply to international orders.
